RETURNS & EXCHANGES TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please email info@c-ritter.com detailing your order number and the reason for your return and we will issue a return label with instructions for booking a collection.

We will provide you with a postage label and you can organise the return of your purchase to your nearest drop off point. 

All items bought must be returned new, unused and with tags attached, within 14 days from the arrival of the order. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. 

 

For returns coming from outside of the UK, you will be responsible for all postage costs.

If you choose to return your item to us via your own courier or local postal service, we cannot be responsible for any loss or damage of the items.

MADE-TO-ORDER AND PRE-ORDER RETURNS POLICY

You will receive your pre-order within 12 weeks from ordering. Pre-orders can be returned within 14 days of receipt or cancelled within three days of purchase.
 

FAULTY GOODS
 
Goods are classified as faulty if they are not of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose or as described. Please note that items which are damaged or as a result of normal wear and tear; by accident; or through misuse will not be considered faulty. If your item is faulty when you receive it, you can return it for a refund or an exchange.
 
REPAIRS

We do offer repairs from wear and tear. To find out if you qualify for this service, please email info@c-ritter.com with clear photos of damage.

 

All pieces are made after receiving the order. Production times take between 1 - 3 days for most orders, however orders
